In
the beginning...there are two Supreme Beings planning the birth
of the world with the relish of two slightly sadistic suburban wives.
From this moment, the audience is whisked through an outrageous
universe where two actresses play men and women struggling through
the common rituals of modern life.
With boundless
humor, this series of vignettes reexamines the ongoing quest to
find parity and love in a contest handicapped by capricious gods-or
in this case, goddesses!

"...a
romp... Parallel Lives is a smart, provocative show."

I tried.
I really tried, to jot down all of the riotous repartee of actresses
Deb Lemire and Lynette Brown. Two days later, my hand is still cramped.

My
only discomfort was needing recovery time for exhausted laughing
muscles after being swept tough the rapid development of hysterically
funny characters and situations. Based on what I've seen in New
York City, Northeast Ohio has some of the most polished artistic
gems around.

Applause!
Applause!...We were so impressed with not only the contents of the
show but of Deb Lemire and Lynette Brown's outstanding performances.
